A great resource for new hikers!

Approximately 170 km of the Bruce Trail winds its way through the Sydenham Club's section from Blantyre [Google Maps], through parts of Owen Sound and on to Wiarton [Google Maps]. This introductory guide is intended for new hikers who would like to try out the Bruce Trail in the Sydenham Club area. It is an innovative new product with a unique design and is fun to use. The Map Kit has 6 easy-to-moderate loop hikes that showcase some of wonderful scenery along the Sydenham section of the Bruce Trail, including Skinner's Bluff, Walters Falls, the Bayview Nature Reserve, and more.

Each hike is described in text, including the scenic highlights, trail length, hiking time and includes a map. Instructions on how to get there and where to park your car are provided. Each one of the six loops is a lovely day hike. This is the easy way to hike, especially if you are new to hiking. Try the "kit" to sample the Bruce Trail in the Sydenham area.
