FRANK HOLLEY
On August 8th, 2004, Frank hiked from Jones Falls to The Glen (18 km) with the SBTC webmaster & 7 others.
Note the sign on the tree. The Frank Holley Side Trail (former main trail) starts at km 52.6 (edition 23). We hiked the
new main trail that runs parallel to the side trail and it is spectacular (walking & hart's tongue ferns). Frank has lived
in this area for many years and acted as our historian, plant identifier and teller-of-jokes. We finished 18 km in 6 hours.
Frank turns 90 next year. What an honour and joy to have Frank show us around!
